- We collect your personal data as part of beauty treatments that we offered to you and we use your personal data (i.e. photographs) to assess the pre and post treatment
- We occasionally use your personal data for your business marketing process through social media (i.e. Facebook and Instagram) to generate business. We won’t post any images in our website or social media without your prior consent.

Éclat Threading and Beauty Salon uses Loyal Zoo to provide the loyalty points for our valuable customers. However, all processors works according to Loyal Zoo privacy policy. Our clients sign up directly to the loyalty program through App using google play store or App store from Apple.

Transfers Outside the EU
Éclat Threading and Beauty Salon utilise some products or services that are hosted from India, which means that we may transfer any information which is submitted by you through the website outside the European Economic Area (“EEA”) for the below purposes: –i.e. website hosting, email servers, marketing database (i.e. E commerce, Email Server etc)
Therefore, when you use our website/send us an email/sign up to our newsletter etc, the personal information you submit may be stored on servers which are hosted in NewYork Data centre and hosted by Digital Ocean. Where this is the case, we will take steps to ensure that those providers use the necessary level of protection for your information and abide by strict agreements and measures set out by Éclat Threading and Beauty Salon to protect your data and comply with the relevant data protection laws.
Consequences of Not Providing Your Data
You are not obligated to provide your personal information to Éclat Threading and Beauty Salon, however, as this information is required for us to provide you with our services, legitimate interests, we will not be able to offer some/all our services without it.
